If I’m trying to see whether or not a self-help magazine will actually help you, I suppose it would be a good idea to write down what I feel I need help with:
- Setting and achieving goals.
- Not being so sensitive and thin-skinned/self-confidence.
- Losing weight.
- Not worrying about getting everything done.
- Being the true me.
- Clutter issues.
- Taking on too much.
- Setting boundaries.
- Wanting to do it all.
- Networking and staying in touch with friends.
- Trusting my abilities to write and know that with hard work, I will “make it.”
- Creating projects that are doable.
If I need to, I’ll keep adding. I’m one of those “works in progress.”
